PT Ciptakomunindo Pradipta, founded in 1991, is a joint venture company of the Ciputra Group and the Udinda Group. It operates in the private business sector in Indonesia with specialization in the telecommunication field. Since 1995, this company has been working together with PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Indonesia (PT. Telkomsel) in developing telecommunication networks and facilities throughout Indonesia.

This company is the continuous good and strong joint operation of the two groups in the telecommunication business. The Ciputra Group has been known to be the pioneer in real estate and property businesses and realized that telecommunications are the essential infrastructure.
